Today Lee runs the Acelera Group, a sales methodology and coaching practice focused on value selling and the human side of high-stakes conversations. His work centers on a simple conviction: the point of selling is not selling. It's helping buyers achieve their strategic objectives.

He is also the host of Thoughts on Selling, a podcast exploring what separates the sellers who earn the second meeting from the ones who don't.

Lee lives on Cape Cod with his wife Amy. His dog Max, a cavachon who spent fifteen years demonstrating what full presence actually feels like, still teaches him things
